Re-Shipping of Uncollected Packages

If the package is not collected by the customer and is returned to our warehouse, we will contact the customer to arrange for re-shipment. Please note that the cost of re-shipping the package will be borne by the customer. The re-shipping fee must be paid before the package is dispatched again.

Order Cancellation Due to Uncollected Packages

If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead of having the package re-shipped, we will process a refund with a 15% deduction from the total order amount. This deduction covers the costs of shipping, handling, and logistics incurred by our company.

Conditions for Refund

The refund will only be processed once the package has been returned to our warehouse and inspected to ensure that the products are in their original condition. The refund, will be issued using the same payment method initially used by the customer in 14 business days upon receiving the products by our wharehouse. We will process a refund with a 15% deduction from the total order amount. This deduction covers the costs of shipping, handling, and logistics incurred by our company.
