Can I engrave anything I want?
Yes, almost anything. You can engrave a name, a phrase, a date, coordinates, or even a photo. The only limit is the space available… but if your message comes from the heart,we’ll always find a way to make it fit.
Can the engraving wear off or fade over time?
No. We use professional laser technology: the engraving isn’t printed on,but carved directly into the metal. It doesn’t fade, rub off, or disappear. Even after years, saltwater swims, travels, and busy days, your memory stays engraved forever.
How many characters can I engrave?
It depends on the product. On average:• Watches → 50 characters (up to 60 upon request)• Necklaces and bracelets → 15–25 characters. Leave us a note with your order or email info@woodstockzambon.com, we make magic happen every day.
Can I engrave a photo? How does it work?
Absolutely! Choose a product with the Photo Engraving option. Just upload a clear image: a face, a hug, a pet, a drawing… We’ll turn it into a precise laser engraving that lasts forever.
What materials do you use? Do they get damaged by water?
We believe in lasting memories. Our jewellery and watches are made of stainless steelplated in 18k gold, water-resistant and made to last. You can wear them at the beach, or during your travels. The memory stays. Even when everything else moves.
Are the materials safe for the skin?
Absolutely yes. All our jewellery is made of high-quality stainless steel, plated in 18k gold, water-resistant and hypoallergenic. They’re designed to be worn every day, even on sensitive skin.
How long does personalisation take? Can I get it right away?
We usually customize each piece within 24–48 business hours, one at a time, with care and love. Even with engraving, the shipping times stay the same:• GLS standard delivery: 2–5 days• DHL Express: 24–48 hours. Have a special request or an urgent need? Yes! If you’d like to experience it live, you can book your custom engraving at our Woodstock Atelier, Via 2 Giugno 36, Sarcedo (VI) – Italy.
