1. Warranty and Repairs
We provide a 2-year warranty for the mechanical parts of our watches and a 1-month warranty for the strap.
For waterproof watches, always ensure that the crown/button is firmly pressed before any contact with water. Do not use the watch in hot water, hot baths, saunas, or for diving. It is highly advised to dry the watch with a soft towel immediately after water contact.
• Damage caused by improper use (such as falls, scratches, or hits).
• Intentional damage.
• Direct contact with hot water or steam jets.
• Normal wear and tear over time.
The warranty loses its validity if the product is opened or repaired by third parties without explicit permission from Woodstock Zambon.

2. Reporting Defects or Missing Items
Any defects, damages, or missing items related to the received products must be reported within 72 hours from the date of delivery. If the product arrives damaged, Woodstock Zambon will send a replacement free of charge provided the report is made within this timeframe.
Reports should be sent to woodstockzambonassistance@gmail.com (or info@woodstockzambon.com), including clear photographic documentation. After this 72-hour period, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of the request.
Please note: For costume jewelry items, there may be slight aesthetic differences due to current stock availability.
3. Returns & Refunds
Shipping costs for repairs or standard returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. The shipment must be tracked: it is the customer's responsibility to return the entire product, including all its original parts and packaging.
Before sending a product back, you must contact our assistance team to receive authorization at: woodstockzambonassistance@gmail.com.

4. Uncollected Packages
Re-Shipping: If a package is not collected by the customer and is returned to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Please note that the cost of re-shipping the package will be entirely borne by the customer. The re-shipping fee must be paid in full before the package is dispatched again.
Order Cancellation: If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead of having the uncollected package re-shipped, we will process a refund applying the standard 15% deduction from the total order amount to cover our shipping and logistical expenses.
5. Customized & Pre-Order Products
Customized Products: Each product is handmade in our company with the utmost care and precision. Any slight imperfection is to be considered a mark of originality and uniqueness of a handmade item. We are sorry to inform you that returns are not possible for personalized products with engravings.
Pre-Orders: For pre-order products, release dates are indicative and may be subject to slight delays due to global logistics or unforeseen circumstances. It is not possible to cancel the order of a pre-order product once placed.
6. Invoices & Customs Duties
Invoices: A commercial invoice must be requested at the exact moment the order is placed or immediately afterwards. It is not possible to issue an invoice for packages that have already been processed and shipped.
Customs Duties: All orders are shipped from Italy. You do not have to pay customs duties or import taxes for orders delivered within the European Union. However, for orders outside the EU, shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges go 100% to the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the customer. If you are unsure whether you are subject to customs duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
